I *believe* I saw something very similar when I was in Walgreens the other day. They have patterns and textures that come on a sheet which I think that you trim and press on. They were fairly reasonable, but I'm sure not very durable.
I've had them done several times-love them. They last about a month on the toes. It's done at a nail salon. you can also buy them at Sophra: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P263902&om_mmc=esv332600-GG&om_kwpur=339971442&ppc_crid=5202764777&sbanner=us_search&esvcid=S1298011229_ADOGOE_AGI3830556_CRE5202764777_TID339971442_RFDd3d3Lmdvb2dsZS5jb20%3d
I just ordered a bunch from this website and they are awesome! I feel like they stay on better than Sephora's and they make them for your toes too :) http://www.jamberrynails.com/referafriend/?bl=YXRpcmFncmFtMDBAZ21haWwuY29t
