essie makes a matte finish top coat that you can use on any nail polish, i think its about $8 :-)
I think there might be a Sally Hansen version too? I saw this pic on pinterest, and someone commented that you do not want to use the matte top coat on a matte (ie, not metallic or glittery) nail polish, as it looks like poster paint!
Check out OPI suede collection.. It is all matte colors!
i have the matte top coat mentioned above. you can use it to make any polish matte
I just saw in the latest catalogue, that Avon has a new line of matte nailpolish. And if I remember correctly, they had the exact night blue amongst them.
I'm getting married in a few months & navy is my main color!
The image source says it's OPI matte in Russian Navy, so any salon where you can buy OPI should have it. Cool.
